  • How do I initiate a return?

    Contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving your product. Provide your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories. Products showing signs of damage from installation or misuse are not eligible.
